WCUSD #15 is mourning the loss of bus driver, Rick Selinger who passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026.
Rick joined the district full time in August of 2014 and was a dedicated route driver and extra-curricular event driver. He particularly enjoyed being a part of the softball and volleyball programs as their regular competition driver.
Rick will be missed by the WCUSD #15 staff, students, and Bullet Nation community. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by this loss, and we send our thoughts and prayers to the Selinger family.

Illinois Cryptic Masonry Greeted 16 new Companions today at our Grand York Rite day in Champaign!

Thanks to all who took part, including those who filled a role in the degrees and those who made it all happen by filling the slate, arranging lunch, registering candidates, setting up the room, and all of those tasks that aren’t typically noticed!

Illinois Grand Council was well represented by our elected and appointed Grand Officers and committee members.

We had a very fun night in Petersburg last night with a Chapter degree night with help from my friends from Bloomington, Hillsboro and Springfield. We have five new companions now and even seen a few members that we haven seen in a while. Great food provided by Springfield Chapter #1.

We had a great Order of the Temple yesterday , knighting our newest Knight, Andy Hollenbock. Thanks to all the Knights who traveled from afar to help us with our work.
