This used 2018 T@B 400 Standard trailer is in excellent condition and was just recently serviced to make sure everything is in working order. The tires are brand new (replaced in 2026, it has an original two 6V AGM batteries, and a full 20 lb propane tank all included with the camper price. There are maintenance items on the NuCamp trailers that can be easy to forget about so let's lay them out so you know when to take care of them:

Alde System: The glycol needs to be flushed out and replaced every 2 years to ensure that corrosion doesn't build up and get into your system from sitting too long. If you have a T@B trailer that was built between 2013-2021 and you've never had the glycol flushed, is extremely important that you go to your closest camper service center (like us) and have your Alde system flushed out before it ruins your pipes and gets into your boiler.

Wheel Bearings and Brake System: NuCamp recommends having your wheel bearings, tires, and braking system checked once a year to ensure safety and everything is in working condition. Wheel bearings need to be repacked every 10,000 miles.

Tires: The life if trailer tires is typically 5-6 years before they need to be replaced. You want to make sure they are checked annually during an inspection and also check them on your own to ensure no bald spots or cracking is happening.

State Inspection: Most states (especially PA) require that any trailer over 3000 lbs MUST have an annual state inspection and sticker applied.

Batteries: Most batteries (Lead-Acid & AGM) have a lifespan of 3-5 years with Lithium batteries lasting up to 10 years when properly maintained. It's important to do regular checks of your battery to ensure it is holding a charge. If it is not, bring it to your nearest service center and they can help you determine if it csn be revived or needs replacement.

Important reminder: If you have already dewinterized your camper, you will be wanting to watch the weather for any nights dropping below 30 degrees and get your camper plugged if possible with the heat on to prevent your pipes freezing up. Winter is still lingering around and any temperatures that drop below freezing could cause damage to your water lines. A couple evenings next week are dropping down to the low 20's so be prepared!
