My newest project: a shaker-inspired writing desk in solid northern Pennsylvania cherry. The drawer front grain is continuous with the front and side aprons and cherry pins accent the poplar drawer sides for pinned rabbet joints. The drawer is complete with a handmade drawer pull and wooden drawer slides. Now to make a suitable office chair!

Shop Update: I bought a new TV a couple weeks ago which conveniently was too large for my old TV stand so I set out to build a new stand. The frame of the stand is all solid northern PA cherry, the ends have book-matched split panels and, like my other furniture, arcs have been cut from the front and side aprons. Shoutout to my woodshop for staying open late for me to play around and unwind.
