Make old look new! Like it was "Meant 2 B" !!! My name is Marijo Harney. My husband, Steve and I have opened this shop in the hopes to share our love of antiques.

I love to make something old look new again. The shop is located at 114 Railroad St in Peotone (across from the Peotone police station) and is only open on Saturdays right now, but we are hoping to expand the hours in March or April of 2014 after my retirement. We hope you will come into the shop and find something that was meant 2 b yours.

Had our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! Beautiful day! Got so involved forgot to take pictures!! Grandma is slipping!😂
We did complete a new project that I really love, beautiful Cedar Chest (Hope Chest), unique, very pretty legs, deep storage, and a drawer!
I also have a small, 3 Drawer Chest with mirror, front has decoupage French design, such a cute addition to any room!
And just what any expecting Mom or a new Mom would love, Antique Glidder Cradle, smooth motion, darling in a Nursery or display gifts at a Baby Shower!

Well it’s been a long time! Missed everyone! Getting orders from former customers and can’t get anything done to post, I’ve also been posting my furniture in Market place, so also watch there. Waiting for the good weather to arrive! Would like to be outside to sand and paint! Gabby too!
She’s been dying to get out there on the porch!
Have three projects I completed and are for sale! Finished this Secretary, trying my hand at decoupage, pain 😡, but I loved the end results!

Cold, misty, miserable day! But with my fireplace going and finishing up two projects Steve and I have been working on, not so bad!! 12 days to Christmas, made me what to start singing, 12 days of Christmas! 😂😂No, I won’t! Hope everyone is getting your shopping done, looking for that special gift, well here it is, I have two Kitchen Islands, both unique, and one of a kind, on wheels to move aside if you need the room! Check out the picture! She’ll love it!!

Really feeling Fall is here, cold!!! Busy finishing up orders, wish the weather would cooperate! Missing the shop, and seeing all my customers, can’t believe it’s been a year already come Black Friday, that was our last weekend!
But I do enjoy being home, so does Gabby, except she doesn’t like the cold either, no porch time!

I think Fall is in full force! Too cold for painting outside!
So chalk painting it is! I’m excited about upcoming pieces, maybe a Christmas gift for that someone special!

I’m so glad the heat has broken and we got a little rain!
The wind could cooperate! Hard to spray paint with 30 mph winds! Finished a few more projects, dog bed was suppose to be for Gabby, but she is too big!! I have posted her baby picture, sure wish she was that small again, then I could hold her in my lap again!
Cabinets that I have for sale, you can purchase all for $50 or each one individually, I have a counter top to go on them,
If individual, the two big ones have bathroom sinks.

Well, summer is gone, kids are in school, and I’ve been busy all summer, complete projects from former customers!
Finally got to work on some of my own! Really like them!
Gabby has found out how good fresh vegetables are!
She has spent her summer begging for beans and corn!

We are now into August, summer has gone too fast, I’m not ready to close the pool and get out my fall cloths! I’ve had a chance to finish a few projects while finishing up orders! What a muggy week we have had, hope it cools down a bit, hard time getting my paint to dry! We have gotten some projects done, and have a few more completed soon.
Remember, you can prepay before projects and choose your own colors.
