Maker Spaces are being born all around the world. We are the Pensacola area's community workspace where you can bring your ideas to fruition in an environment of tools, shared skills, and peer-to-peer education. We provide tools from a simple hammer to digitally controlled machines for you to use. We will have available: CNC cutting; 3D printers; Laser cutting; welding; woodworking: fabric arts; p
hoto lab; electronics (computers,robotics,radio,PC board fabrication, etc), jewelry studio; clay and ceramics; bronze casting (ceramic shell), and more! We will offer instruction in the use of tooling and safe use of the shop spaces. Workbenches and storage of projects and materials will be available. We will offer workshops; lectures and presentations; group and individual projects; and social activities. We will offer mentors to help conceptualize and guide you thru projects. We are about education, innovation, and empowerment. We are open to all ages (some with adult supervision ), Race, Creeds, etc. The space will be supported by memberships available to everyone in our community at affordable rates, with discounts for students. We are here to foster an environment wherein people can explore and create intersections between technology,science, art and culture.
