A few months ago I took on a large project to design and build a coffee shop in the historic Lavallee’s Store, a staple of Pembroke for over 100 years. It wasn’t a small task, but it came out great. With only a few more finishing touches on the buildout, the Bookers and crew will soon start brewing up some coffees, teas and good eats too!
