One of the coolest parts about the charcuterie workshops is seeing everyone experiment with different epoxy colors and combinations.

A lot of the ideas that show up in our larger river tables actually start right here... people trying something creative, taking risks, and ending up with something completely unique.

The workshops don’t just inspire the participants... they inspire us too.
