– Burrillville is up to 38 active listings (from 28)
– Smithfield has seen 10 additional homes hit the market
– Glocester has 4 more
– North Smithfield has added 7 more

More homes coming on means more options -- and more opportunity -- for buyers who are watching closely 👀

First showing in the books — and I loved every minute of it.

Today I helped my VP, Brooke, with a showing out in Tiverton. Almost an hour drive, a beautiful water view from the top of the hill, and a sweet 1940s cape with great bones and lots of potential projects.

What I loved most was helping our client imagine what could be. Talking through possibilities, updates, and how a home like that could grow with them over time.

That’s the part of this work that lights me up: seeing past what’s there and helping people envision what’s possible.

Feeling grateful for the learning, the mentorship, and the chance to be part of these early conversations 🌿

Last night was arcade games and great conversations at the Better Living Real Estate Post-Holiday party 🎮✨

It was so nice finally meeting teammates in person and getting to connect outside of the day-to-day. This is the kind of environment I wanted to grow in -- supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun.

(Also pictured: me taking Pac-Man way too seriously next to Brooke, my sponsor, longtime friend, and the Realtor who helped me buy and sell my homes back in 2020!)
