All of us who regularly are on these trips often discuss ( maybe argue 🤠) about whether the fishing trip is the last one of the previous season or the start up for a new season. Thanks to the Favour of the Good Lord, we have become year round. Here’s a few pictures from last year. Please keep all the attendees, the guys bringing their boats and “guiding”, and all the rest of us in your prayers. Lord willing we start the trek south Thursday. The guys arrive Sunday. We hope to fish Monday and Tuesday. Thanks for your support.

All you guys who have been on a pheasant hunt with Spring Creek Outfitters and everyone else. Sonya cooks for the hunters, her husband Andy and son Tristan are the outfitters. I’m not sure if you’ve seen, but Pete’s Place (Sonja’s bar) is being recognized as a top 10 finalist for the made in America contest put on by Fox News!! They would LOVE a vote from you guys if you’ve got the time.

Good morning, hope all is well with you and yours. As usual, we have done a poor job of keeping this page updated. It has been a great hunting season for the Staurolite foundation. As we wrap up the past year, thanks to the grace of the Good Lord, we are planning a fishing expedition - to quote a couple of our “guides”. But first, below is a few pictures from this past season.

It was a great weekend. birds were harvested, hearts were lightened, groups were tightened, no one got hurt, the Good Lord was present, and a Good time was had by all. Thanks to the Barton’s of Spring Creek Outfitters, Andy, Sonja, Tristen, Brianna, Cole & Austen for hosting and guiding. And thank you to all who support this through prayer, donations, and giving of their time and energy.

It’s Staurolite pheasant hunt - tomorrow. We start the trek to Dighton, KS tomorrow. We have 8 American heroes headed up for the pheasant hunt.
