Custom EZ2CY enclosure on an 80’ Ocean Alexander motoryacht The Standard. This was a previous pattern that was saved in our system allowing us to receive the parts from EZ2CY in Florida and built in our shop in ventura CA and installed in San Diego . The table cover is something we designed as a double cover for yacht tables that can be flipped over and used as a casino table. The material is polyester fabric that is used in casinos which works great outdoors and we dye sublimated the boat name for them on it. Ready for Blackjack!!

Just got this full enclosure done on a Hatteras motor yacht Life Aquatic in Channel Islands harbor. We had to redesign the aft section with a new ss frame structure and stamoid open top and we used Keder track everywhere we could to seal off all water penetrating locations . We used EZ2CY acrylic everywhere except the back where they wanted roll up windows that we used O’Sullivan Regalite 040 clear. Borders are stamoid top white. Zippers are ykk #805

The boss and I went to Mexico for a quick trip to install a new enclosure on a Viking sportfisher. Weather was perfect, windows fit perfect and we got to see the Inlaws . We’ll back for more fun soon!!
