Ever wonder how we get that flawless, glass-like finish on our custom pieces? It’s all in the details. Here is a look at our step-by-step pouring process at TDeez Badass Creations:

Prep the Pour: Right off the bat, we make sure there are zero visible bubbles in our epoxy tub.
The Slow Pour: We pour slowly and steadily into the mold to ensure everything gets evenly coated.
Prep for Sanding: We wipe down the wood with the epoxy itself, this guarantees a much more even finish when it’s time to sand later!
Seal the Edges: We carefully fill in any small holes along the sides.
The Final Touch: We finish up by using a torch to pop any remaining surface bubbles for that perfectly smooth, crystal-clear look.
