Ben and I founded this company when he dismantled a barn in December 2014. We have been really busy working on our items and I'm so excited to share a little of our story with you. When I met Ben, I knew he ran a successful construction business but I also learned of his hobby to salvage/re-purpose old wood into furniture around his home, for family and friends as well. e importantly, his passion for it, I helped convince him to start selling his work at the M-15 Annual Garage Sale. And with a huge leap of faith, Barnwood Built was created. In the time that I've known Ben, I've admired his work ethic and his heart. It is very inspiring to see someone so strong, hard-working, and dedicated. I am so confident in him and his abilities that the sky is truly the limit. Our gratitude for our friends, family and customers will be forever shown in the quality of each piece that you have given us the opportunity to build. I know that I will be forever grateful to have the chance to experience starting a new company and to know what it feels like to truly be proud of something. I can't put into words the satisfaction of creating something that will not only be a conversation piece but knowing that our products will be surrounded by loving families and friends for generations to come.
