Before and after: the goal on this kitchen was to make it a more functional space while bringing it up to date with a more transitional design. We added:

✅ More storage with taller cabinets and better layout
✅ Better function for the stove and microwave
✅ Modern cabinet colors
✅ Quality American made cabinets
✅ Quality and easy to live on Quarts tops and backsplash

We partnered with Property Rehab Service, LLC to transform this kitchen. We prioritize using State Certified contractors on all our jobs to make sure all work is done right the first time!

✅ Plumbing brought up to code
✅ Relocated outlets and switches
✅ Changed the venting on the stove and hood
✅ Repaired drywall and painted
✅ Installed new lighting
✅ Mold remediation

Another beautiful Kitchen transformation in Tuskawilla! To bring this kitchen up to date and maximize the function, We installed American made Waypoint Living Spaces 410f painted vanilla and painted black on the island. We used Glendale Satin Black pulls from Hardware Resources to tie in the island to the perimeter cabinets and used Carrara Mist Quarts surface from MSI for the tops and full back splash.

On this transformation we partnered with Property Rehab Service, LLC to transform this home before it was put on the market. The customer handed us the key and never looked back!

We installed Waypoint Living Spaces Painted linen in the kitchen with Pompeii counter tops in the kitchen. We removed the old 3” wood floor and installed beautiful ITM 12x60 wood look tile.

PRS repaired all drywalled areas damaged by the flood, rebuilt the knee wall, bringing all plumbing and electrical up to code. Installed under cabinet lights, and install all appliances. To Make the house market ready PRS also repainted all walls and trim of the house with Sherwin-Williams.

We don’t take the trusts our customers have in us lightly. We worked quickly, problem solved, and kept the project moving all while the customer was out of town. 💪

This beverage center is one of my favorite features of this kitchen. The left and right countertop cabinets hold their blender and coffee maker that easily slide out when needed. The small faucet on the counter top supplies fresh filtered water, perfect for coffee, smoothies, and just a great way to stay hydrated 😄. The fridge below keeps their bottles at the perfect temperature and really adds a beautiful touch.

The undercabinet lighting by Property Rehab Service, LLC really adds a beautiful glow too!

Another beautiful transformation of a Winter Springs’ kitchen. This kitchen features beautiful cabinetry from Yorktowne Cabinetry in the Waterford Chia Latte, Pompeii Quartz color Argento, and Large format 24x48 tile from ITM on the floors.

All appliances were supplied and installed by Milcarsky's Appliance Centre'

All demo, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work was completed in promptly and professionally by Property Rehab Service, LLC
