Have you ever heard of blender bread? 🤔
If you haven't, let me be the first to tell you that it is so simple and makes the delicious bread! 🙌
All you'll need is a blender, 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cupe of pure maple syrup, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, 2 cups of rolled oats and most importantly chocolate chips!! Blend it all up except the chocolate chips that you add after everything is blended together. Pop it in a parchment lined land pan and bake at 350F. So delicious and without all the guilt! 🍞

Did you know you can cook with protein powder? You can make anything from chocolate chip cookies, pancakes, smoothies, brownies, muffins, and even ice cream! Using protein powder to make sweet treats is a great way to ensure you hit your protein goal and without feeling guilty.
One recipe that I know is a protein packed banana brownie that only takes a few ingredients to make. Just take 2 bananas mashed up, 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, 2 tsp of baking powder, and 2 tbsp of peanut butter. You can add honey or maple syrup if you like! 😋 Bake at 350 and enjoy!
