After a lot of discussion, we've made the decision to sell the building that helped turn Iron Timbers from a dream into a reality.

Back in 2020, this shop became our first true home. It's where we grew from working out of separate garages into a full-time business. Countless projects, partnerships, late nights, and milestones happened within these walls. UPDATE: Someone has purchased the entire lot of wood so the sale is officially over. Thank you everyone who shared the post! We will draw a winner for the coffee table slab tomorrow!

We’re giving away another coffee table slab.

Our wood sale isn’t over just yet. We’ve extended it and still have a strong selection of slabs ready for your next project.

We also added new pieces from inventory we originally planned to keep, so there’s some really solid material in the mix right now.

We had such a great turn out this Saturday at our wood sale! Thank you to Everyone who showed up and made a purchase.

In fact, it was such a success, that it inspired us to pull some inventory that we intended to save for ourselves and offer it for sale.

Here's what was added:
1.) Large live edge walnut slab 12'L x 32" wide. This slab is split completely in half, but would make for an awesome home bar or table top
2.) Ambrosia Sycamore 4 boards at 12' length. When joined together these would yield an approximate 40" wide table top. This is some beautiful wood that you don't come across too often
3. Two large live edge offcuts. One is white oak and the other walnut. These are approximately 4' long and 36-40" wide

Aside from that we still have 4 walnut slabs left from the Hanover Campus Tree, along with some 9' live edge ash slabs.

Have you stopped by our Osgood facility yet to pick up some heavily discounted wood?! We still have plenty!

People have been filtering in all week, by appointment, and picking out materials for their next project.

75-80% OFF EVERYTHING! Most of it is 8/4 and 10/4 thickness in dimensional or slabs. We do have some small 4/4 offcuts to choose from as well. Whether it’s a small charcuterie board or a larger dining table, chances are we have it!

If you can’t make it in this Saturday from 8-12 we are allowing people, by appointment only, to come during the week. Just shoot us a message.

PS. For Everyone concerned, we are simply clearing out one of our warehouses for expansion!

Included in our wood sale are approximately 15 live edge walnut slabs from a 150-year-old tree that was removed from the Hanover College campus about 7 years ago.

These measure approximately:
• ~72" long
• 24"–45" wide
• Perfect size for small dining room tables
• Incredible character and history

We also have one larger slab remaining from this tree measuring approximately 8' long x 32" wide.

We had an incredible response to our wood sale (thank you for that), so we’re opening up limited early access starting next week by appointment only.

Here’s the deal:
• Available Monday–Friday before the sale
• Must be between the hours of 9am to 4pm
• Appointment required to view inventory
• Call 812-363-5519 to schedule a slot
• Same “make an offer” format
• Material must be taken same day
• Bring help to load

We will still be holding our main public sale Saturday, April 25th from 8–12, and there will be plenty of material available then.
