om the concept of, the hand rail systems, Ryan began to provide interior and exterior log railings, staircases, and log furniture out of his small farmhouse garage in Orr, MN. In 2000, after Ryan’s Rustic Railings took off, the business was relocated to a 40-acre property south of Orr, just off the Gheen Hill, allowing convenience for customer to ease off and back on Highway 53. The Highway 53 location is the primary site, it has grown over the years to its current status, utilizing an office building, a showroom building, an enclosed pole-barn-style structure for the logs; additionally, the mill or some call it "the shop", where all the magic happens: also continues to grow. As of 2015, Ryan has expanded to include "Ryan's Mini Storage" to his Business Profile. This expansion offers 117 units on the Gheen property and multiple units in the City of Orr; all the units have easy renting terms, a convenient location at affordable rates.
