Dunn’s Attic is the area’s only consignment store, artist co
-op, cafe and special events rental space. The 12,000-square-foot facility offers a buying and selling experience like no other in Central Florida. Dunn’s Attic is Central Florida’s only all-inclusive showroom, artist’s gallery, and consignment store. The showroom features 12,000-square-feet of items on consignment and upcoming auction pieces. Items include a diverse selection of unique art, antiques, and collectibles in a distinct venue that provides an exclusive and memorable buying experience. Regular hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Our consignment showroom will have a unique blend of home decor, furniture, gift-ware, antiques, collectibles and vintage items. The 14-foot ceilings will allow for many small vignettes throughout the store that will create excitement surrounding certain themes,” Dunn explains. In addition, the artist co-op will allow local artists to showcase their works and participate in monthly events to help promote and sell them. The auction house will present a full schedule of events including a continuous online auction that will be fully cataloged. A bonus for anyone seeking event space, the auction house will be available for all special events and fundraisers.
