If you are seeing our post on your feed we are in your area and taking appointments NOW! And a few things to be careful of if u use us or not!!
1. Check your homeowners' policy! Many Florida policies have tarping reimbursement exclusions so be aware.
2. Be sure the tarping people tarp what is damaged, not just tarping entire roof if not needed. Tarping causes damage anywhere it put down and should only be applied in areas that are going to be repaired. Improper tarping can cost you THOUSANDS of dollars.
3. Take LOTS of photos. Your insurance adjuster will thank you. Photo damage before you do clean up, or any repairs or mitigation. We take photos of damage before we tarp for you!
4. Keep receipts for work done and document any hours you spend doing repairs or clean up, and that of anyone that helps you. Many policies will reimburse your time and expenses.
5. We represent nor work with/for a roofer or other contractor. We are not going to sell you anything. We only do roof tarping!
6. Get referrals. Read reviews. Be sure to hire a contractor with a track record of good work and local is always best for repairs! Knowing who you have doing the work is huge. So ask for referrals or pics of past work too!
