Can we believe it’s almost September. Time is flying by.🍂

For us that means we are slowly saying goodbye to summer and it’s now time to make room for all things holiday. And what better time to do that than Labor Day weekend.

So we have went through and dropped prices in almost every category and yes that includes furniture. So if you’re looking to refresh a space before the holidays or stock up on gifts it’s a great time.

Each piece will have a little “price drop” sticker attached to the tag. It makes for a fun scavenger hunt.🤩

It’s a beautiful time of year to visit. The cottage is overflowing with fall. We will have complimentary refreshments to enjoy, it’s fun for the whole family. We can’t wait to see you!

Happy Thursday Friends!

This week is flying by. Last weekend was a busy one, so we’ve been working hard on new pieces and adding more fall to the shop.

We are closed this Saturday but open again on the 31st. Share with your friends and family, the cottage is a must see this time of year.🎃🍂🪵

The Shabby Cottage is located on our families beautiful one acre property in historic Oregon City. Our adorable little Cottage is as much a part of who we are as all the treasures you will find inside. We hand brush and distress all our furniture pieces, and have been since 2001. The Cottage began as just a place for storage made out of reclaimed materials, old doors and windows, corrugated metal and architectural elements. It soon became more of a place for display, and so we made the decision in 2008 to open it up to the public and sell our up-cycled, restyled, handmade and found products. We have since grown to about 1000 square feet of shopping goodness. We also love supporting local makers, and sell many found products made by local artisans. All of this could not be possible without the constant support of our wonderful community and loyal customers. We are so grateful to be a destination for all near and far.

The Cottage is ever changing! We all come together once a week to freshen up, bring in new creations, and found items for a unique shopping experience every time you enter. We strive to stay ahead of the trends, with a variety of furniture pieces at all times, one of a kind dressers, hutches, buffets, side tables, bookcases, desks and more, but also gift and decor items, you're sure to find something you love. We currently open two weekends a month throughout the year. We hope to see you soon!
