Duties include but are not limited to engaging with customers on behalf of the company, maintaining knowledge about products and services, escalating inquiries and concerns, troubleshooting common issues, administrative tasks, merchandising inventory, shipping and receiving products, inventory control, engaging and advertising on social media, pricing and listing products for sale, and communicating with vendors. Punctuality and reliability are a must!
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Customer service experience
Office and administrative skills
Sales experience
Ability to address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers
Advanced computer skills and experience
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
E-Commerce and social media experience
SALARY:
Hourly rate begins at $12 per hour and may be adjusted based upon experience.
Additionally, bonuses are paid monthly based on sales goals.
