Full steam ahead into spring.

At EVER West Lafayette, the study lounges are designed to keep pace with the semester, balancing focus, comfort, and a fresh, energizing palette. Soft neutrals ground the space, while layered tones and textures bring warmth and depth, creating an environment that supports both productivity and pause.

From collaborative zones to quiet corners, each area is thoughtfully furnished to meet students where they are. Whether they’re diving into deadlines or taking a moment to recharge.

In collaboration with Subtext and ESG Architecture & Design, Hutch Contract led the furniture procurement to bring these spaces to life.

We partnered with local artist Justin Beller Art to bring custom artwork to life for a recent project. His geometric forms, bold color and sculptural style add depth and movement to every space.

When a project calls for intention in every corner, custom becomes the cornerstone. This student housing community brought together more tailored pieces than nearly any project we’ve completed, including made-to-fit sofas, specialty rugs, crafted tables and seating built for daily use.

In collaboration with ESG Architecture & Design and Subtext, we furnished more than eight spaces, including the model unit at VERVE Ann Arbor. Each area combines high-performance custom furniture with sourced selections from Blu Dot, Hightower Group, Lulu and Georgia and many more.
