Copal Apartments Bellevue. This is one part of the Bellevue Station Amenity project we completed this spring. The upholstery is made from natural cork. We also used synthetic leather to create all the belts for the booth dividers. I think it turned out great.

Our very first boomerang seat. Very challenging foam work even with a 2 dimensional foam CNC machine helping us make these contour cuts. This project will require lots of fine tuning as we progress to the upholstery wrapping. This bench is one of two that are almost 30 feet long.

Had a customer with headrests on his boat seats that were factory molded foam/vinyl. The problem was they were never upholstered from the factory. More like one piece of plastic. They were badly discolored from the sun and chemicals over the years. We were thinking about painting them but I knew they’d look like puke. I told him I’d take a shot at making some scratch patterned foam backed zippered covers for them to match the seats. If they looked good he could buy them from me. 😎 I think they turned out great. French seams on the front and back to match his new seats perfectly. No glue was used in the installation process. We did have to steam them super hot to get them on and get the wrinkles out. A complex solution to an otherwise seemingly simple problem.
