Another example of the beauty of burnt wood, the BURN Table is a deep black char (burning with a torch) exposing a single lightly colored “scar” in the wood and then clear coated with 1″ (that’s right, 1 full inch) of clear acrylic finish.⠀

This beat up electrical cabinet was destined for the trash. We rescued it, smooth out the sheet metal and sprayed it with a durable textured coating (automotive undercoating), added castors and lined the interior with 1/2″ plywood. Now it’s attractive and functional. We can make you one too.⠀
