Adding three more sofas that are available!
All three are from Best Home Furnishings - they are mid to high on the quality scale with hardwood frames and coil cushions. I do not have matching pieces but they can be ordered from any store that sells this manufacturer. All were floor models, have been in storage and still have packaging. Excuse my photo taking skills, or lack thereof!

This sofa chaise is a brand new floor model of an Ashley Sofa Chaise with Nuvella fabric. The fabric is SUPER easy to clean, you can even use a bleach and water solution! The color is Sand so it's a very light tan/off white. The dimensions are 38"H x 80"W and the chaise is 60" deep. The chaise is mobile and can be changed from one side to the other. Sold in the Ashley Homestore for $899. I am selling this one for $399. Price is FIRM.
