Join Us as a Volunteer Dad2Dad Group Facilitator
At Dad2Dad, we know the road can feel heavy for fathers facing high-conflict divorce, custody battles, or the everyday challenges of rebuilding. No dad should have to walk that path alone.
We are looking for volunteer facilitators to help lead our peer support groups, which are safe, judgment-free spaces where dads can connect, share, and encourage one another.
The best facilitators aren’t perfect. They’re men who lead with:
Empathy and integrity – showing up with honesty and compassion
Servant leadership – guiding by lifting others up, not standing above them
Reliability and consistency – building trust through follow-through
Confidentiality – protecting the privacy of every brother in the group
Emotional maturity – staying grounded while holding space for hard stories
Inclusion and respect – welcoming dads from all walks of life
A growth mindset – willing to learn, adapt, and keep becoming the best version of themselves
This is a volunteer role, but the reward is real: helping another dad rise when life has knocked him down.
