As I've been told, this lumber has a fascinating story to tell. My grandfather and his brothers took down an old barn and reassembled it on the property where he grew up, which remains in the family's ownership to this day. Unfortunately, the old barn has finally succumbed to the ravages of time and weather. A family member of the current owner arranged for one of the beams to be milled, and that's where we entered the picture. We were able to craft the old barn wood into a stunning heirloom table.
