Every sale helps fund affordable homeownership in Island County Founded in 1998 by community members who recognized the need for affordable housing, Habitat for Humanity of Island County has grown from a small community affiliate, to a county wide organization serving more than 60 families. With the support of community partnerships with respected businesses, local churches, civic organizations, a

nd service members, Habitat for Humanity has been able to provide decent, affordable homeownership to 43 homeowners. Through financial support or volunteering at our furniture stores or build sites, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.

We have four homes to be constructed in the next several months.
The more volunteers we have helping us build, the quicker one of our neighbors will have a safe, affordable place to call home. We build Wednesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
