ANITA & CAROL TEAM

Anita Scheindel and Carol Gruner Team have been in the Illinois Real Estate market for over 30 years.Together they offer complementary skill sets and professional expertise,that makes them unique.

Anita has worked in the real estate market with builders as well as professional athletes. She has a broad range of marketing skills and an ability to communicate that to buyers and sellers. She enjoys giving her time to teaching water classes when needed. Anitas two children attended New Trier High School and she enjoyed being the co- chairman for the graduating class party.

Carol has worked as a relocation specialist for many years during her career. This experience has given her the opportunity to stage properties which were vacant and to help others rearrange their furnishings in a better way. She has found one of her most important skills is listening. She understands the extra care necessary to work through a very stressful time while creating deep relationships. She worked in management for over 10 years. This experience and insight has proved invaluable. At any time she is always available to answer questions and help others as much as possible.
