This beautifully decorated and spacious north side of a duplex offers multiple decks and porches with great ocean views. Custom amenities such as the elevator and hot tub will help soothe you into a 'vacation state of mind.'

m) 2 dvd players, internet access-wireless, stereo/cd player, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators (1 in kitchen & 1 on ground floor), 2 washers/dryers, 2-person whirlpool tub, phone, ceiling fans, elevator, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, hot tub, gas grill (guest may need to provide propane should the grill run out), carport with wet weather entry, 2 sundecks and 2 covered porches with furniture. Hot tub is heated from April 1 thru September 30. During all other times, there is a $75 activation fee.
