Unfortunately, my mobile sharpening will be interrupted for the time being. My van got hit while I was away at work this week, and I think it's going to be totaled out. I intend to upgrade into a larger van next, but it will be some time. In the meantime, I will continue doing drop off/pick up sharpening until I'm back on the road with a new van.

Did a fun little restoration on a very banged up knife. Couldn't take out all the grind marks from the previous sharpening attempts, but its looking much nicer now.

I will be set up at the family's garage sale on 520 S Carr here in North Platte to sharpen knives tomorrow on Sunday 9-1...

I will be set up at the family's garage sale on 520 S Carr here in North Platte to sharpen knives tomorrow on Sunday 9-19-21. Will be there 12:00 6:00 pm. Come on down and check out our sales, and get some knives sharpened while you're here. My machine sharpening rates are $0.75/inch for kitchen knives, and $1.00/inch for pocket/hunting knives. I also have options for stone sharpening for your high end knives.

Putting mirrored, hair whittling edges on my knives with my new setup. Going to start offering a high end sharpening option thats above my standard process. This would be good for those of you that have expensive knives that want the best edge possible on.

Wanted to show bolster repair on a knife. This can happen from improper sharpening over time. The bolster is raised, and sticking out in the first image.This will result in a gap between the cutting board, and cutting edge. If you have any knives with this problem, bring em on over. I'll get them in good shape.
