Well, folks. This is it. The final week.

It's bittersweet, and I've been trying to draft something about the final days of New England Reuse for months now. And I think I finally know what to say.

I am speechless. Your support of the green industry, and our local efforts to save everything we have leaves me with few words. To start, thank you.

Thank you for your business, thank you for your passion, thank you for your ingenuity, thank you for your time, thank you for your sense of wonder, thank you for choosing to reuse.

Never forget that your choices helped keep a family's dream alive, never forget the projects we were able to help you accomplish, never forget that we love you all, and we'll never forget you.

We will be open this last week of May, Monday-Saturday, from 9:30 until 5:00. Please give us a call (203-230-2647) and come on by; be it for a memento, last chance to browse, or just to say goodbye.

Well, folks, we're nearing the end. New England ReUse will be closing it's doors on May 31st, 2024. It is a sad day indeed for Connecticut, but I wanted to take this time to personally thank you all for your years of support and business. We may not have saved the planet (yet), but together, we made it a little bit greener.

If any of you would like to pop in for one last time, give us a call at 203-230-2647 and I'll be happy to help you out.

Hello folks.

It's been a while, I know. We've been hard at work trying to honor the legacy New England Reuse built, and thus far, I can proudly say we have managed to find a home for every single item that has gone out our doors!

That said, allow me to introduce Clean Suites, a wonderful company that is assisting with out liquidation. They just launched an auction for ALL of our trinkets, knick-knacks, and furniture. The auction will be running through Monday the 5th, and I invite you all to join in and get your chance to own a piece of Chris and Carla's legacy while you can.

That time of year has come, folks! I would have to say, even after this year, which has been the hardest I've ever faced, I am grateful for all of you.

Each time you come in, tell a wonderful story about Chris or Carla, and offer your support to us even as we are closing down, it hardens my resolve and keeps me pushing to see that each and every piece of their legacy finds a good home.

Thanksgiving is here! We will be open this week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 10-4, and Saturday 10-2. Try to not burn out ALL your Christmas shopping on Black Friday, we'll be sure to have a wonderful piece for a great price waiting for you on Saturday!

Heya once again folks!

We are currently flying through our liquidation process, trying to get our warehouse empty by March! But, along the way, we've hit a snag. We don't have a good place for all our wood windows! So, I've gone ahead and drawn up an idea for any of you with a green thumb. Year round gardening greenhouse, using our wood windows for cost effective paneling! At $10 a window, I'd be happy to assist with any designs you folks can dream up! As Cosmo Sheldrake once said, "Let's grow stuff, together!"
