Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to promote and grow Hugo&Borg cabinet line sales in Lowe’s home improvement stores. Sales growth will be achieved through product and sales training, competitive analysis and computer design program training. For strong candidates, we are willing to train in our business and product line if those skills are not already possessed.

Reporting Structure:
The Field Sales Representative reports to the territory’s Regional Sales Manager.

Accountabilities:
• Grow & maintain Hugo&Borg sales for Lowe’s home improvement stores in the designated territory.
• Train and become mentors for new Lowe’s in-store designers.
• Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers.
• Assist designers in closing store sales.
• Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 3-4 weeks. This requires the ability to travel frequently with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
• Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
• Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.

Required Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Outgoing driven personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written verbal and presentation skills
• Computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Kitchen design experience
• 20/20 software experience
• Experience with large home centers
• Sales skills and background
• Cabinet industry knowledge

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s-level degree in Business Marketing Design or a related field is highly preferred.

Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Assembly Associate is responsible for building/assembling component parts and creating finished cabinets according to design specification and assembly instructions. This position may assemble cabinets, drawers, hardware, labels or packaging.

Assembler / General Laborer Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble product per assembly instructions
• May work in various positions in the assembly process and on multiple product lines
• May operate various equipment including pressure compressor of up to 145 psi (pounds per square inch), power assist lifts, hand tools and other equipment
• Perform quality checks on parts and products to verify part/product standards and specifications are met
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency
• Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Cross train in all production areas

SHIFT:
• 1st Shift hours are approximately 6:00 AM-2:15 PM, Monday thru Friday. OT on an as needed basis.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Shipping Forklift performs the daily functions of the warehouse shipping department. The Warehouse Shipping Forklift prepares of outgoing shipments and finished product for shipment. This position continuously develops the shipping team while adhering to safety and departmental objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Stages finished product and monitors the loading of trucks for shipment.
• Gives daily direction on shipping schedules and unscheduled down times.
• Provides leadership in improving operating efficiencies, problem resolutions, and strives to be proactive.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, pick lists or other records.
• Verifies truck and container numbers with seal numbers to ensure shipment security.
• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Assigns outbound doors for docking and loading.
• Works with Logistics team to assist in determining method of shipping based on internal and external customer requests.
• Monitors all shipping for the plant assuring accurate on-time shipping of finished goods.
• Leads problem-solving activities for the warehouse as necessary.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Delivers team member feedback constructively to enhance team capabilities.
• Communicates any company or departmental updates to team members as needed.
• Reviews safety guidelines, workplace safety policies and OSHA requirements to warehouse shipping employees.
• Maintains organization of the shipping area on a daily basis to ensure past days production output is properly stored and protected from damage.
• May allocate team to load trucks and containers.
• Organizes and files shipping documents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading writing and speaking) to communicate effectively and complete assignments.
