Located in the Kelby Creek Subdivision in Nixa, MO, this home is GUARANTEED to stun! 🤩

Starting off in the kitchen, the statement piece is the enormous island. The sage green accent color of the island, coupled with the granite, really pulls out the color of the cabinets and flooring. The pass through in the island is for stools on either side, it’s the perfect spot to eat breakfast or converse with the cook.

The ceiling height cabinets on the three surrounding walls are the next stunner. There is storage for DAYS in this kitchen. There are many “extras” within the cabinets, including pull out trays, a spice rack, trash can, and a pull out system for those pesky base corner cabinets (be sure to watch the video in the comments showing how it works).

The next item is the built in breakfast nook bench. The bench was custom made for this spot and is nice addition to the kitchen area. All cabinet doors are actually fully functional drawers.

Upstairs in this home there is a laundry room and 4 bathrooms (not all pictured), including the master. The laundry room has floating shelves and enough counter space to fold many loads of laundry, not to mention the abundance of storage. The master bath cabinets are a beautiful navy blue and again, the storage. 😍

This is a set of Maple cabinets with standard overlay shaker panel doors.

Cabinets are plywood construction with 3/4” solid wood flush furniture panel sides on all exposed sides. Cabinets feature soft close door hinges and drawer guides. 3/4” solid wood dovetail drawers with 100% extension stainless steel under mount drawer guides. Wall cabinets finish to 8’ ceiling with large 4” shaker crown molding. Cabinets are finished in Ivory and Iron Ore, the island is Iron Ore. The island has 3 functional sides with a sitting area. Counter-Tops are granite, a stone called Caledonia. Kitchen was completed this Summer for a new home in Ozark, MO.

This is a set of Maple cabinets with standard overlay recessed flat panel doors and slab drawer fronts. The bathroom cabinets are Cherry.

Cabinets are all plywood construction. Cabinets feature soft close door hinges and drawer guides. 3/4” solid wood dovetail drawers with 100% extension stainless steel under mount drawer guides. Wall cabinets finish at 8’ with large 4” crown molding. Kitchen cabinets are Maple finished in Bisque and the bathroom cabinets are Cherry finished in Mocha. Kitchen counter-tops are Granite, a stone called Valle Navado. The kitchen island countertop is a Walnut butcher block that was completed by the homeowner. Kitchen was completed this Spring for a custom home in Ozark, MO.

This is a set of Maple cabinets with standard overlay recessed flat panel doors and solid drawer fronts.

This is an affordable set of cabinets without soft-close hinges and drawer guides. With a set like this, you still have all of the available door styles and finishes that are available without having to sacrifice quality or choices.

Cabinets feature concealed door hinges, standard side mounted drawer guides, 3/4” plywood dovetail drawers, and all shelves are 3/4”. Wall cabinets finish at 7’ with 3” crown molding. Cabinets are finished in Ash. Counter-Tops are Granite, a stone called Venetian Gold. Kitchen was completed this Spring for a new construction home in Springfield, MO.

These are Hickory cabinets with recessed flat panel doors and a natural finish. Cabinets feature soft-close door hinges and 3/4” solid wood dovetail drawers with soft-close drawer guides. The wood countertops were built and completed by the homeowner. Ozark, MO

Kitchen was completed this winter for a remodel in Ozark, MO.

This is a set of custom Maple cabinets with full-overlay shaker doors for the Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Laundry room. The cabinetry for the master closet are a 3/4” full-overlay slab door of 3D architectural textured laminate.

In previous posts we haven’t stressed enough that our custom sets are all wood construction! Custom sets have all plywood floors, sides, and shelves. With custom sets you have the option to add 3/4” flush furniture panel sides that match the door style you choose. With this option, exposed sides of cabinetry are constructed with 3/4” solid wood furniture panel sides.

Kitchen cabinetry finishes to 9’ ceiling with a 2-piece stacked crown molding. Cabinets feature soft-close door hinges and drawer guides with 3/4” dovetail drawers with 100% extension stainless steel under mount drawer guides.

Cabinet finish for the Kitchen is Ivory, with a distressed Ebony finish for the Island and Master Bathroom. Bedroom bath cabinetry finish is Ivory and the Laundry room is finished in Ash. The master closet cabinetry are constructed of 3D architectural textured laminate, color is Platinum. All countertops are quartz with a beveled edge profile, a stone called Marbella White.

This set was completed this winter for a custom home in Rogersville, MO.

Kitchen was completed for a remodel in South East Springfield.

This is a custom set of Cherry Cabinetry with standard overlay mitered doors, that also has a flush center panel.

Cabinets feature 3/4” solid wood furniture panel sides, soft-close door hinges and drawer guides with 3/4” solid wood dovetail drawers. Wall Cabinets finish to an 8’ ceiling with 3” crown molding. An old school favorite being used in the modern day, we love it! Granite countertops are a stone called Venetian Pearl. Kitchen was completed for a live in remodel in south Springfield. Species of wood is Cherry with a Medium finish.
