It just killed me to see what were once beautiful pieces of furniture, rotting away, broken and sad. I just couldn't stand the thought of taking these 'diamonds in the rough' to the dump. I began repairing, refinishing and re-loving these items to make them useful and relevant again

This practice became a passion for me, and now I not only re-love pieces I find, but I also help people realize the beauty in their own pieces, by customizing finishes and repairing their treasures. Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday. The Tuesday after a three day holiday can be so brutal.

I don’t even regularly work Mondays, but here we are with a brutal Tuesday.

Happy Labor Day!

What are you doing today? Anything fun?

I’ll be laboring in the garden today! I need to clear plants and add soil to the beds. That’s so much easier with Rob home 😆😆

I know today is Sunday on the calendar. But is it really Sunday?

Typically on a weekend there is Saturday and Sunday, right? But on three day weekends there’s Saturday Sunday and Monday, but isn’t really Monday. It’s like Sunday 2.0.

So do you consider today pre-Sunday? Saturday part two? Or something completely different?

Happy Saturday!

It’s shopping day! And today the plan is to go to storage to grab some things to list. It’s been a good floor fund week and I want to keep up the momentum!

Helllp me! OK so I am a first year garden girly and I am at the end of my first gardening season getting ready to move into fall. This beef steak tomato plant has a ton of tomatoes on it still but not very many leaves anymore do I just pull it now?
