This was a deck in desperate need of some love! Lots of rot in the deck boards , tops of the railings, the steps really had no structural build to them, the header system was only mechanical attached and was pulling away from the posts, and last but not least once the deck was removed we found a bit of water damage to the home. We made the proper repairs to the home and flashed the ledger board with deck tape and then reinstalled the house wrap. New 2x10 header system placed on top the 4x6 posts with mi tek post to beam header brackets. Built the deck frame structure with 2x8 and applied deck tape to top side of all joist to help prevent rot. Then of course deck boards and railings installed. The railings turned out sharp with the goat panels . Over all this turned out beautiful and another happy customer with a deck you could park a tank on 😂 !!!

This is the second roof for this customer we have done , last year we did a metal roof system on the main home. This roof was much smaller and the customer went with shingles slate stone grey to match the grey metal on the main home. Turned out nice ,and no more leaks! . Must say it was almost perfect weather for this project too.

Like to thank Oak Pointe Staircase here in Newcomerstown for having us replace their commercial entry door. Unfortunately I didn't get a before pic of the original door still installed, but as you can see from the rust it was in bad shape. The frame at the bottom of the door was completely rusted through and the door itself was headed that way. All in all this was a nice project and they are happy! On to the next project!!!

Little improvement on the worn out porch posts. We added a vinyl handrail and trimmed the garage door to match the posts on the porch. Went with cedar and the customer picked out the stain. Came out looking good, and got some curb appeal!

Customer needed a deck for the pool time fun!! We delivered with 2 entries,one from the existing deck and the other with a set of stairs down to the ground for easy access to maintenance pool. We built structure on 4x6 post so less chance of post twisting like 4x4 like to do. Installed deck tape on top of all the joist to prevent water damage,and joist hangers for added strength! Over all turned out sharp and customers are happy!!!

This roof took a little storm damage and lost some shingles. This was a nice little job and turned out well. The customer was happy and that's all that matters in the end. We appreciate all the work in this little town and that our great clients provide,thank you to all!
