This lefty is almost finished…. I thought it was, but being my own toughest critic… I noticed something in the finish that I had to pump the brakes on. Unfortunately that was the morning I had to head back to work… 🤦

The stock has made it to the point of getting some dye. At this point, I’m on its second dying, and second color (to get the offset black/brown look). While it’s wet you get an idea of what it’ll look like.

When I can wet the wood and see the figure, I really start getting an idea for what we’re gonna see when it’s finished. To say it excites me would be a huge understatement.
