Friends of the Enchanted Garden at JFK HS

Friends of the Enchanted Garden at JFK HS Stay posted on events and volunteer days at the Enchanted Garden. The Enchanted Garden is a one acre oasis in front of Kennedy High School in the Bronx.

It includes a natural area, wetland, orchard, and about a dozen raised beds for veggies and herbs.

View link regarding break-in at Enchanted Garden. A Go Fund Me campaign has been set up. Despite the bad news, can’t help but notice how stunning the garden looks. Thanks to Danny and the many volunteers that have been helping out lately!

Science teacher Danny Steiner coordinates the enchanted garden. He has launched a GoFundMe to replace the stolen power tools that were used for garden up-keep and for new security locks and chains.
