Happy Earth Day! Which happens to be my mother’s birthday, April 22nd. She designed the apartment my brother and I were fortunate to grow up in, filled with bright daylight, warm colors and fresh flowers. The apartment was sold to its new owner over 20 years ago and was recently published by Elle Decor. It still resembles my mother’s classic yet contemporary interior design, minus the marble and paneling. She was a Parsons trained interior designer who worked at SOM. Remember to smell the flowers today 😊 💐 💛
