Important recall safety notice for Branch Ergonomic Chair owners
We are conducting a voluntary recall of certain Ergonomic Chairs, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
The recalled chairs were manufactured between September 2025 and April 2026 and may have a backrest anchor that was incorrectly installed at the time of manufacture, posing a fall hazard. To date, Branch has received 11 reports of backrests detaching, and no injuries have been reported.
To participate in the recall, customers will need to check their chairs to determine if they were not correctly installed at the time of manufacture. If your chair is affected, we will provide a free replacement backrest.
Stop using the recalled chairs until you’ve completed the check. You can easily check whether your chair is recalled. Visit www.branchfurniture.com/pages/recall-information for details on how to check.
