What a thrill it has been to work these past few years on first two permanent locations, one new development and one gut renovation, both located in the Bronx!!! We will post finished photos of the project upon completion (later this month) but we just wanted to share one of our favorite moments on any job site, when the first few finish elements get layered onto a space, this will be one of our Lobby spaces to welcome all the beautiful students! Many more layers to come....... including some clouds ☁️ ☁️ ☁️ and lots of lights 💡 💡 💡!!

Countdown to LSS🌸Blooms Virtual Gala is only 5 Days away!!! LearningSpring School is a place for children diagnosed on the Austin’s spectrum to learn, to grown and to belong. More than ever this school needs our support. Sculptor has been generous enough to host a pre-event virtual interactive room in his studio for those who buy a ticket to the virtual gala! In the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing past projects by 2021 Serpentine Pavilion architect Sumayya Vally .

☁️'Folded Skies' was inspired by the iridescent quality of Johannesburg light which is sometimes heightened by the chemical compounds in the cities’ mining dust.

Working with the same pigment compounds (copper, aluminum, cobalt, ferrous) found in this mining dust, created a collage of South African skies – a snapshot of light conditions at different times of the day.

The 2021 Serpentine Pavilion designed by Counterspace opens 11 June.

We can’t wait to work with artist on our School Project for located in the Bronx this summer! A few of her beautiful murals will be spread throughout the playground for all the students to enjoy and interact with! We know these murals will add so much joy and beautiful color to everyone’s day and we can’t wait to see them come to life this summer! 🌈 🦋🌳 This is an photograph of one of her works from her website that reminds us of Spring! 🌸🌸🌸 Thank you to Kelsey and Courtney and Team - we are so excited!!!

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Mel Bochner’s first Measurement room, Dia has commissioned the artist to realize a new, large-scale work from his Measurement series at Dia Beacon.
