The beauty of Textingly service is that businesses don't need to use their mobile phones to text their customers. They can simply pop open a browser and use the Textingly website to connect with customers on their mobile devices. Most text message services are built around the concept of bulk sms. Businesses get a hold of phone numbers and send messages to their entire list without the ability to

have customer's text back. Textingly differs because customers can communicate directly back to the business and create a two way dialogue with one another using free text messages and texts from computers. .
