Ficari Inc., a high-end residential collection line of the company, is seeking a driven Product Development and Design Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional attention to detail and a creative product-development mindset, with a keen eye for furniture—particularly seating—who can translate ideas into refined, production-ready designs.
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this individual will lead the Product Design and Development function, elevating our existing seating line through thoughtful refinement of form, comfort, and craftsmanship. They will set the creative direction for upcoming collections, partnering cross-functionally to develop compelling new seating for Ficari that reflects the brand’s design point of view while meeting quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
