Hey there!! I'm David, a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran and a former senior-level manager in the wireless service industry.

I am a husband, father to two adult children and one ambitious teenager, and a self-taught woodworker. I build rustic farmhouse style furniture and various wood crafts using basic power tools and store-bought supplies and hoping to bring a southern charm one home at a time. I don't have any formal training in the trades, unless you count Pinterest, Google and YouTube University. (I’m not one to br

ag, but I have a knack for googling things.) A lot of the skills I've picked up along the way are a result of jumping in, figuring things out, failing, and trying again (problem-solving is one of my favorite pastimes).
