We just delivered this live edge Walnut table to its new home. This piece was originally created for and is now living a new life in a home. The Gallery Pastry shop was the first restaurant we ever built tables for, nearly 9 years ago. Since then, we have learned a great deal and are extremely fortunate to have the chance to repair and refinish this piece so that it can continue use for years to come.

Dropped this beautiful Maple table back off in its home over the weekend. This table is made from a tree that was one of a large amount of trees we salvaged from Fort Benjamin Harrison state park nearly eight years ago.

Just delivered one of a kind poker table. This piece will go down as one of my favorite pieces I’ve ever made. Couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out and the clients we had the opportunity to make this piece for. This was an extremely challenging piece to make for me, but when you have clients that are understanding, patient and excited about the work you’re producing for them it really makes all the difference.

We talk about it all the time during the holiday season, but these charcuterie/cutting board sales really help our business use as much of these gorgeous materials as we possibly can. All of our boards are made from off cuts over the course of the year. These normally would become firewood for us if they are unable to be used and sold as another good. This Maple dining table had the most wild live edges I’ve probably ever worked with. We have quite a few more of these slabs if you’re interested in having something made from them send us a message for a pain free quote! I hate to say it, but these would also make incredible epoxy tables. I would be willing to quote those for these slabs as well!

Working on repurposing a piece we made a few years back into a new dining table for the same client! One of the great things about making real furniture is it not only will last a lifetime, but can also be refinished and repurposed essentially forever. I always encourage people to USE their furniture, don’t baby it, don’t worry about what your kids draw or do on it. We can ALWAYS refinish and repair the piece down the road at a fraction of the initial investment cost.
