There are even more than we can think of within the Gettysburg/New Oxford/Hanover area, but this list goes to show that there are plenty of options other than your typical “big box” stores. The owners of these great establishments are likely an acquaintance, a family member, a friend, a friend of a friend, one of your kids friends, etc. The point is that these people support you more than you probably are aware of through their local community involvement. Therefore, let’s not just make this a one day a year thing, and 365 days a year (366 on leap year 😉)!
