These wood book guards gently hug your book to keep it secure and protected while providing a rustic aesthetic. Each guard is handmade from reclaimed wood, sanded smooth, and finished with natural, non-toxic Tung Oil. The oil provides light protection and moisture resistance for the wood, is all-natural, biodegradable, non-toxic, and safe for use in homes with kids and pets. The natural oil will not harm your book or leave residue.
These guards are built and finished by hand in our shop using reclaimed wood. Guards will vary in appearance depending on what type of wood we use.
