This is a close estimate. Paint costs have risen 12 % and June 1st all costs are projected to increase 11%. Fuel costs to drive to project & supply runs for materials are added to project price. 50 percent deposits for job/projects are on the rise. Daily changes in competitive pricing. Last year's gallon of paint 48$ this year 70$. Last year's simple clear coat 24$ this year 40$.

Antique Library table. Plenty of room for dining for 6. Amazing hand carved walnut and patina galore. Oiled & drying. 2 working drawers. 36 wide 72 long 30 tall. Plenty of room for 2 risers to add height on bottom if needed. $800
