If you have homeowners insurance, chances are that you will only be responsible for your deductible. In most cases, homeowner insurance will cover the cost of our services as well as the replacement of any items that are contaminated and cannot be safely cleaned.
Renters insurance general covers the cost of cleaning and/or removing personal property. If you do not have insurance or do not wish to use it, please call us for a free estimate.
We disinfect, clean and remove all biohazards that are present. Cleanup is needed from top to bottom: ceiling, walls, furniture, personal items, vents, and even light fixtures. We know what to look for. A thumbnail spot on the carpet might mean a two-foot diameter bloodstain on the padding under it or on the floorboard. A drop of blood on the top of a dresser drawer may indicate more blood inside, behind, or even under the dresser. We will make sure that every inch is free of biohazards so that you don’t have to worry in the future.

When you contact Wright Way Energy Inc , you will talk to a real person. We will listen to you and answer any questions. When the police are finished and you are ready, either immediately or the next day, we will send a team of professionals to your location. Some families cannot sleep until the area is cleaned. Others need a break before returning to think about cleaning. We will work with you to schedule cleanup at the right time.
What To Expect When We Come
When our team arrives, it will be in an unmarked vehicle. We do not want to draw additional attention to your home or business. Our lead technician will take a look at what needs to be done and explain what we are going to do with as much or little detail as you need. We will answer your questions and listen to your concerns about this situation.
When we get started, we will put on our PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as discreetly as possible, usually inside the home. We may ask you to stay out of a certain area but only to keep you safe and contain the biohazards. Of course, we may also be concerned about what you might see. Our lead technician can stay with a family members to provide comfort and support during the cleaning process.
Our cleaning process involves specialized chemicals and strict safety procedures. Only when our technicians are sure that all blood, body fluids, and other biohazards have been remediated; items that cannot be fully cleaned are prepared for proper disposal, and most visual reminders will be gone. The room or rooms will be clean and safe again.
When Wright Way Energy Inc is finished with the bioremediation, some restoration may still be necessary. For example, walls may need to be repaired and painted. New carpet may need to be installed. Furniture may need to be replaced. Wright Way Energy Inc can provide restoration professionals. In other instances, your insurance adjuster will help you find the needed resources.
