nsparency- there are no hidden fees. For Carpentry and Project Management our rates are $65/hour. We include a 15% profit and overhead fee on all subcontractor labor and materials. We will furnish all materials receipts and subcontractor invoices along with your weekly bill. We bill for time and materials only unless you have an approved set of plans, in which case we can work out a fixed bid price.
