Our team recently came together for our quarterly meeting, where we officially rolled out the EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System, a framework that’s helping us align on clarity, accountability, and traction as we continue scaling our impact.
Shoutout to our Integrator, Dani Badgett, SHRM-CP, and Visionary, , for leading this transition! Evan and Jined Alessandra Holladay have been self-implementing EOS from day one, laying the groundwork for a culture of vision and ownership.
During the meeting, our team toured 4th & Shelby, one of our newest mixed-income communities under construction, and volunteered at the McNeilly Center for Children, located right across the street from Park24. We spent the afternoon sanding and painting railings, organizing supply closets, and connecting with their incredible team that serves Nashville families every day.
We left the day reminded of why we do what we do: creating housing and partnerships that strengthen communities for generations.
